💥 This is a hands-on admin role in a fast-paced trade environment—perfect for someone who can juggle bookings, stay organised, and support the team on the ground.

🛠️ What you’ll be doing:
• Scheduling jobs & coordinating tradies
• Ordering materials & managing stock
• Keeping job systems up to date
• Supporting the crew & management team
• Handling customer enquiries & admin

📍 Full-time | Mon–Fri (7:30am–4:00pm)
💰 Salary dependent on experience

🎄 No Hassalls Pty Ltd – Christmas Closure 🎄

Our office and team will operate as usual until 12:00 PM on Tuesday, 24th December.

During the holiday period, we will be available for emergency/on-call work on 29th and 30th December and the 2nd of January. Please note that our on-call rate will apply during this time.

Emergencies are defined as:
Electrical fires or burning smells
Exposed live wires
Repeated circuit breaker tripping with danger signs
Power outages and make-safes
