Stringent Registration Criteria
In order to conduct business with Gecko MMS, a supplier must firstly be registered as an Approved Gecko MMS Supplier. This is a pre-requisite before a supplier can be issued with a Work Order by our Service Centre or be engaged to perform minor works.
Our Service Agents must hold the necessary licenses, registrations and insurances and work in accordance with our Quality, Environmental and WHS requirements.
Our clients can therefore be assured that works will be undertaken only by qualified and experienced personnel.
OHS and Compliance
Gecko MMS operates in accordance with AS/NZS 4801:2001. We have robust systems and processes to ensure the safety of our clients, our people, members of the public and the environment. We ensure that mandatory documentation is provided and procedures are followed.
Typical documents and procedures include JSEA, SWMS, MSDS, Tag in/Tag out, Working at Heights, working in confined spaces and Permits to Work.

Asset Register Audit

• Ensuring that existing asset registers are up to date; and

• Review the condition of plant and equipment relating to asset improvement programs, ESD initiatives and / or upgrades.
Remedial Maintenance Works

• Issues identified during an inspection recorded and tracked;
• Records priorities and responsibilities set for quotes and work orders; and
