IBU ACM Student Chapter

IBU ACM Student Chapter International Burch University Student Branch of ACM and ACM-W. The Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) is an international learned society for computing.

It was founded in 1947 and is the world's largest scientific and educational computing society. It is a not-for-profit professional membership group. The Association for Computing Machinery's Council on Women in Computing (ACM-W) supports, celebrates, and advocates internationally for the full engagement of women in all aspects of the computing field, providing a wide range of programs and service

s to ACM members and working in the larger community to advance the contributions of technical women. As of November 2016, a Student Chapter of ACM and ACM-W exists for the first time in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the premises of International Burch University.
