One of the most important segments in brick production process is the Tool (Die).

ENKER d.d. provides a service of construction, design, and manufacturing of Tools for brick production, according to customer requirements.

Pros of our tool compared to standard tools are:

- Ceramic covering, ceramic covered with hardox material, for the purpose of increasing resistance to abrasion,
- Chrome coated metal box, for the purpose of increasing service life,
- External breaks, fine correction of material flow.

Desanding Hydrocyclone

Based on increased centrifugal force, the Enker

desanding hydrocyclone removes suspended

solids from Produced Water, ensuring that

downstream equipment is protected from erosion

and blockages.

Enker hydrocyclones are designed to handle harsh

conditions and are constructed of wear resistant

alumina ceramic.

Due to the high specific gravity difference between

water and solids, lower G-forces need to be

generated to achieve high separation efficiency and

typically a maximum of 2 bar is required to meet

client requirements. Removal of particles greater

than 10-15 microns can typically be achieved.

Enker ceramic plungers are manufactured from zirconia oxide or alumina oxide ceramic materials. Among the primary benefits of ceramic plungers is their resistance to saltwater, oil, and some chemical solutions. This characteristic makes ceramic plungers ideal for the medical, food and beverage, petrochemical, and specialty chemical industries where there are tight regulations regarding fluid contamination. Ceramic plungers also tend to be more efficient due to their seemingly self-lubricating nature. Ceramics have a lower coefficient of friction than metal, resulting in less sliding resistance of the plunger and reduced wear during prolonged operation.
