! IMPORTANT NOTICE: MANDATORY TURNSTILE ACCESS SYSTEM REGISTRATION TO ALL STUDENTS OF CITY UNIVERSITY
Please be advised that the University is transitioning to a Controlled Access System for all classrooms and offices to enhance campus security. This system will be fully restrictive; therefore, your immediate cooperation is required to ensure uninterrupted access to campus facilities.
The implementation will follow a strict three-step timeline:
1. REGISTRATION & DATA UPLOAD (ACTION REQUIRED) FROM WEDNESDAY 1/4/2026
Deadline: Friday, 3rd April 2026
All students must register their credentials to be integrated into the new system.
Location: One Stop Centre (Cyberjaya Campus)
Time: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Requirement: You must bring your physical Student ID.
PJ students may refer to Level M, PJ campus.
2. TRIAL MODE
Period: 10th April - 16th April 2026
The turnstiles will be active in TRIAL MODE. During this week, students must test their registered IDs at the access points.
Please remain alert for further technical instructions during this period.
3. FULL OPERATION
Effective Date: 17th April 2026
The Turnstile Access System will be FULLY OPERATIONAL. Entry to university blocks will be strictly restricted to those with valid, registered credentials.
Failure to register by the 3rd April deadline will result in restricted entry to campus premises starting 17th April. Do not delay your registration.
