Easy Fashion Ltd is looking for | Management Trainee Officer (MTO) | Freshers & Experience | Male - Female

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 TK Monthly
Job Location: Malibag Chowdhuripara, Dhaka
Responsibilities:
Assist in daily brand, merchandising, retail, or fashion operations.
Conduct market research and fashion trend analysis.
Coordinate with production, design, and marketing teams.
Support product development and seasonal collection planning.
Maintain communication with vendors, suppliers, and showroom teams.
Prepare reports, presentations, and operational documentation.
Support promotional campaigns, visual merchandising, and brand activation activities.
Ensure proper customer service and showroom standards.
Perform any additional task assigned by management.
Education:
Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) in Fashion Designing, Textile Engineering, Industrial Eng & Production
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Additional Requirements:
Age 22 to 28 years
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English and Bangla
Proficiency in MS Office
Creative mindset with passion for fashion and branding
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Team-oriented and quick learner
