17 February 2024, a robotics workshop was held at the permanent campus of Northern University Bangladesh, organized by NUB Mechatronics and Robotics Club. Throughout the event which lasted from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, participants displayed their excitement, which caused the campus to be filled with a lively and bright spirit. The first part of the workshop was devoted to teaching participants the fundamentals of electronics, microcontrollers, computer programming, robotics, and programming abilities.
The distinguished presence of Honorable Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Anwar Hossain added grace to the event. The valuable presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Science & Engineering, Prof. Dr. Md. Mostafizur Rahman; the Head of the Dept. of EEE, Dr. Md. Mizanur Rahman; and other esteemed Faculty members brought a new dimension to the program. The event was concluded with a vote of thanks and gratitude.

১/ বৈজ্ঞানিক ছোট গল্পঃ
তোমার বাস্তব জীবনে ঘটে যাওয়া কিংবা কল্পনাপ্রসূত যেকোন ছোটগল্প লিখে পাঠাতে পারো আমাদের কাছে। গল্পটি অবশ্যই ১০০০ শব্দের মধ্যে হতে হবে এবং গল্পটি বাংলায় হতে হবে। তোমার দেয়া ছোটগল্প আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট blog.techtopiabd.com এবং ফেসবুক পেজে ও গ্রুপে শেয়ার হবে।
বিচারকের মাধ্যমে নির্বাচিত সেরা গল্প জিতে নিবে ১০০০ টাকা নগদ প্রাইজমানি, পুরস্কার এবং সার্টিফিকেট!
গল্পটি অবশ্যই ইউনিক হতে হবে এবং আগে কোন অনলাইন কিংবা অফলাইন প্ল্যাটফর্মে এটি পাবলিশড হওয়া যাবেনা।

২/ রোবটিক্স কুইজ কন্টেস্টঃ
রোবটিক্স, প্রোগ্রামিং, মাইক্রোকন্ট্রোলার, ইলেক্ট্রনিক্স, মেকানিক্স - এই সকল বিষয়ের উপরে আয়োজিত হতে যাচ্ছে অনলাইন কুইজ কন্টেস্ট যেখানে তোমাকে MCQ স্টাইলে ফর্ম পূরণ করে জমা দিতে হবে নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে!

দুটি রাউন্ডে এই কুইজ অনুষ্ঠিত হবে যেখানে প্রিলিমিনারি রাউন্ডে অংশ নিতে কোনপ্রকার রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি দিতে হবেনা!

২২শে ডিসেম্বর প্রথম রাউন্ড অনুষ্ঠিত হবে যেখানে ২০টি MCQ টাইপ প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিতে হবে এবং সময় থাকবে ১৫ মিনিট। এখান থেকে বাছাইকৃত সেরা ২০জন ফাইনাল রাউন্ডে যাবার সুযোগ পাবে।

২৫শে ডিসেম্বর ফাইনাল রাউন্ড অনুষ্ঠিত হবে যেখানে ১০০টাকা রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি জমা দিয়ে অংশ নিতে হবে। মোট ৩০ টি প্রশ্ন থাকবে এই অনলাইন কুইজে যেখানে MCQ স্টাইলে উত্তর দিতে হবে। সময় পাওয়া যাবে ২০ মিনিট।

নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে কুইজ অটোমেটিকালি শুরু হয়ে যাবে এবং সময় শেষ হওয়া মাত্র অটোমেটিকালি সাবমিশন হয়ে যাবে। একজন ব্যাক্তি কেবল একবারই সাবমিট করতে পারবে। কারোর ভুলে একাধিক সাবমিশন হলে প্রথম সাবমিশনটাই চূড়ান্ত বলে ধরে নেয়া হবে। কেউ ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে একাধিক সাবমিশন অর্থাৎ Spamming এর চেষ্টা করলে তার প্রতিযোগিতা বাতিল বলে ধরে নেয়া হবে।

সর্বোচ্চ স্কোর এর ভিত্তিতে ৩ জন বিজয়ী নির্ধারিত হবে। বিজয়ীরা পাবেনঃ
১ম পুরস্কারঃ নগদ ১৫০০ টাকা নগদ প্রাইজমানি, পুরস্কার এবং সার্টিফিকেট
২য় পুরস্কারঃ নগদ ১০০০ টাকা নগদ প্রাইজমানি, পুরস্কার এবং সার্টিফিকেট
৩য় পুরস্কারঃ নগদ ৫০০ টাকা নগদ প্রাইজমানি,পুরস্কার এবং সার্টিফিকেট
কেউ যদি সমান সমান স্কোর পায়, সেক্ষেত্রে যার কুইজের উত্তরে সময় কম লাগবে, সে পুরস্কার এর দিক থেকে এগিয়ে থাকবে।

Club members are busy building new project line follower robots.
The line follower robot is a mobile machine that can detect and follow the line drawn on the floor. Generally, the path is predefined and can be either visible like a black line on a white surface with a high contrasted color or it can be invisible like a magnetic filed.
