What is the standard value of earth resistance?
Earth Resistance value depends upon the type of equipment where it is connected.
International standards like IEEE, NEC, IEC, and BS don’t provide any specific values. But don’t worry based on practical experience the acceptable values of a few of the main devices.

a) Transformer/Generator Neutral : 1 ohm or Less than 1ohm
b) Transformer/Generator Body : 3–5 ohms
c) Electrical Poles (Domestic Standard) : 8 ohms
d) Lightning Arrester : 10 ohms
c) UPS: 0.5 – 1 ohms

N.B.:
But according in BNBC 2020, The Earth Resistance of any section shall not exceed 1 ohms.Which is appropriate for Bangladesh ( Specially for Factory Level.)
