Job Responsibilities
Must be well familiar to set up and follow up firefighting equipment as per RSC & Elevate requirements and Bangladesh Fire Prevention Act;
Should have vast knowledge on fire safety management, RSC & Elevate requirements to ensure fire safety in a big composite textile industry;
Must have skills & experiences to lead a fire safety team efficiently;
Monitor and ensure that facility of fire hydrant & fire pumps are adequate and are working properly;
Daily walk round/ floor visit & ensure firefighting equipment and follow up the daily check list activities of the firefighting team;
To ensure In-house fire training for Firefighters, Rescuers, new employees and security personnel;
Conduct monthly Fire & Emergency evacuation drill as per program to aware all workers & staffs;
Conduct firefighting training from Fire Service & Civil Defense authority;
Any other tasks assigned by the management;

Ensure fire safety for the workplace & building

ডেঙ্গুর প্রকোপ প্রচুর পরিমাণে বাড়ছে এবং ডেঙ্গু জ্বরে অনেকে প্রাণ হারাচ্ছে, তাই সবাইকে সাবধানে থাকার অনুরোধ করছি।

ডেঙ্গুর প্রধান লক্ষণ—জ্বর। ৯৯ থেকে ১০৬ ডিগ্রি ফারেনহাইট পর্যন্ত তাপমাত্রা উঠতে পারে। জ্বর টানা থাকতে পারে, আবার ঘাম দিয়ে জ্বর ছেড়ে দেওয়ার পর আবারও আসতে পারে। এর সঙ্গে শরীরে ব্যথা, মাথাব্যথা, চোখের পেছনে ব্যথা এবং চামড়ায় লালচে দাগ বা ফুসকুড়ি দেখা যায়।

#ডেঙ্গু হলে বাড়িতে কী কী করবেন-

* পরিপূর্ণ বিশ্রামে থাকতে হবে।
*প্রচুর তরলজাতীয় খাবার গ্রহণ করতে হবে। যেমন- ডাবের পানি, লেবুর শরবত, ফলের জুস এবং খাবার স্যালাইন একটু পর পর পান করতে হবে।

*ডেঙ্গু জ্বর হলে প্যারাসিটামল খাওয়া যাবে। স্বাভাবিক ওজনের একজন প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক ব্যক্তি প্রতিদিন সর্বোচ্চ আটটি প্যারাসিটামল খেতে পারবে। কিন্তু কোনো ব্যক্তির যদি লিভার, হার্ট এবং কিডনি–সংক্রান্ত জটিলতা থাকে, তাহলে প্যারাসিটামল সেবনের আগে অবশ্যই চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিতে হবে।

*ডেঙ্গু জ্বরে আক্রান্ত হলে গায়ে ব্যথার জন্য অ্যাসপিরিন, ক্লোফেনাক, আইবুপ্রোফেন–জাতীয় ওষুধ খাওয়া যাবে না। ডেঙ্গুর সময় এ–জাতীয় ওষুধ গ্রহণ করলে রক্তক্ষরণ হতে পারে।

# ডেঙ্গু হলে যা করবেন না-

*ডেঙ্গু জ্বরের ক্ষেত্রে প্লাটিলেট এখন আর মূল বিষয় নয়। প্লাটিলেট হিসাব নিয়ে উদ্বিগ্ন হওয়ার কোনো প্রয়োজন নেই।

*প্লাটিলেট কাউন্ট ১০ হাজারের নিচে নামলে বা শরীরের কোনো জায়গা থেকে রক্তপাত হলে প্রয়োজন বোধে প্লাটিলেট বা ফ্রেশ রক্ত দেওয়া যেতে পারে। এ ধরনের পরিস্থিতি খুবই কম দেখা যায়।

*অনেকে বলেন, পেঁপেপাতার জুস ইত্যাদি খেলে প্লাটিলেট বাড়ে। আসলে এসবের কোনো ভূমিকা নেই। জ্বর কমে যাওয়ার পর সংকটকাল পেরিয়ে গেলে আপনা থেকেই প্লাটিলেট বাড়তে শুরু করে।

*জ্বরের শেষের দিকে রক্তচাপ কমে যেতে পারে অথবা মাড়ি, নাক, মলদ্বার দিয়ে রক্তপাত হতে পারে। এ রকম হলে প্রয়োজনে শিরাপথে স্যালাইন দেওয়া লাগতে পারে। এসব ক্ষেত্রে তাই হাসপাতালে ভর্তি হতে হবে।
