Amloki Health Care BD is pleased to announce that we have successfully completed the er****on, commissioning, and start-up of our new Chinese machine for Skin Poly wrapping of soaps in various shapes.

This advanced technology ensures better protection of the soap, helps prevent sweating, maintains the product’s original condition, and preserves the fragrance, allowing the pleasant scent to be enjoyed even after over-wrapping.

With this new addition to our production line, Amloki Health Care BD is committed to delivering higher quality products, improved finishing, and more reliable packaging solutions.

Last year I visited a shampoo bar manufacturing factory in China to understand the technology, process, and quality standards. After returning, we started continuous trials — Trial 1, Trial 2, Trial 3, Trial 4…

Finally, on the 5th trial, we achieved success! ✅

It was not an easy journey. Many challenges, reformulations, testing for hardness, foam, stability, and performance — but dedication and patience made it possible.
