Leadership in Action: Bridging Policy and Technology at BUBT IT Club

A year ago, I was honored to be selected as an Executive Member of the ad-hoc committee at the BUBT IT Club. My mission was clear: to leverage technology to streamline club operations and foster an environment of innovation for my peers.
Over the past year, I focused on replacing manual, time-consuming processes with scalable automated systems. I am proud to share the two core platforms that resulted from this initiative:

🔹 The Official BUBT IT Club Portal (bubtitclub.com): A centralized hub built to automate member operations and event management, ensuring that the administrative heavy lifting is handled by code, not paperwork.

🔹 The IT Club Hackathon Platform (hackathon.bubtitclub.com): Designed to provide a high-end experience for participants. This platform handled the end-to-end lifecycle of our hackathon, from registrations to team data management.
Being part of the ad-hoc committee taught me that great software isn't just about the stack—it's about understanding the "operations" behind the users. Building these for my university has been one of the most rewarding challenges of my career.
A big thank you to the team for trusting my technical vision. 🚀
