At Eclipse Engineering Ltd., we’re looking for a skilled and driven 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 – 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 & 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 to join our growing team and contribute to the development of innovative solar energy and energy storage solutions.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Lead the design, optimization, and production calculations of solar energy systems.
• Develop electrical and mechanical designs for solar PV and energy storage projects.
• Prepare detailed layouts, SLDs, cable sizing/calculations, cable routes, and equipment drawings.
• Develop comprehensive 2D/3D designs and prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BoM).
• Ensure designs comply with applicable international and regulatory standards.
• Review and optimize system designs for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and contribute to team development.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Power, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, PVcase, PV*SOL, or similar engineering and design tools.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Experience in solar PV design and/or energy storage projects will be highly valued.

We are looking for an experienced 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 to lead our solar engineering and business development initiatives.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

● Conduct PVsyst simulations and perform energy yield assessments for rooftop and ground-mounted Solar PV projects.
● Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, including system design, BOQ, cost estimation, and bid documentation.
● Attend client meetings, deliver technical presentations, and develop commercial solutions to successfully convert prospects into customers.
● Conduct site visits, technical assessments, feasibility studies, and site surveys, and prepare technical evaluation reports.
● Monitor project ex*****on, supervise site teams, and ensure construction activities comply with engineering standards, quality requirements, and project schedules.
● Lead and mentor the Renewable Energy team in engineering design, proposal preparation, bid submissions, and successful project acquisition.
● Coordinate with EPC partners, vendors, and equipment manufacturers to obtain technical specifications, quotations, and commercial offers.
● Evaluate supplier quotations and recommend technically compliant and cost-effective solutions.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, utilities, and other key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
● Support contract negotiations, project planning, procurement activities, and project commissioning.
● Ensure compliance with local regulations, utility interconnection requirements, and relevant international engineering standards.
● Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's renewable energy growth strategy.
● Prepare periodic progress reports, project status updates, and management presentations.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
● Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline (Master's degree will be an advantage).
● Strong experience in Solar PV engineering, EPC projects, and renewable energy solutions.
● Proficiency in PVsyst and other relevant engineering/design software.
● Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
