কিউরিং কম্পাউন্ড কাজ কি?
কিউরিং করি আমরা কাঠামোর ফাটল মুক্ত, পানি নিরোধক, পূর্ণ শক্তি অর্জনের উদ্দেশ্য ঢালাইয়ের ২৪ ঘন্টা পর থেকে শুরু করে ৭/১৪/২১/২৮ দিন হয়ে থাকে।
📌 তবে পানি দিয়ে কিউরিং করার সময় যে সমস্যা গুলো হয়
১.পানির অপচয় হয় অনেক বেশি।
২.পানি উত্তোলন কারণে বিদ্যুৎ বিল,ওয়াশা বিল ইত্যাদি অনেক বেশি খরচ হয়।
৩.ভূ-গর্ভস্থ থেকে পানি উত্তোলনের কারণে পানির লেয়ার নিচে নেবে যায়।
৪.ম্যান পাওয়ার অনেক সময় দিনে ২/৩ বার পানি দিয়ে ঠিক ঠাক মতো কিউরিং করতে দ্বিধা বোধ করে

BNBC Code অনুযায়ী ভবনের Load কত প্রকার? | Structural Safety Guide

বাংলাদেশ জাতীয় বিল্ডিং কোড (BNBC) অনুযায়ী একটি ভবন ডিজাইন ও নির্মাণের সময় মোট ৬ ধরনের Load বিবেচনা করা অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। এগুলো সঠিকভাবে হিসাব না করলে ভবনের নিরাপত্তা, স্থায়িত্ব ও আয়ুষ্কাল মারাত্মকভাবে ঝুঁকির মুখে পড়তে পারে।

🔹 BNBC অনুযায়ী Load-এর ধরনসমূহ—

1️⃣ Dead Load
ভবনের স্থায়ী নিজস্ব ওজন—
স্ল্যাব, বিম, কলাম, ইট, কংক্রিট, প্লাস্টার ইত্যাদি।

2️⃣ Live Load
ব্যবহারজনিত পরিবর্তনশীল লোড—
মানুষ, আসবাবপত্র, যন্ত্রপাতি ইত্যাদি।

3️⃣ Wind Load
বাতাসের চাপ ও ঝড়ের প্রভাবে সৃষ্ট লোড—
বিশেষ করে উঁচু ভবনের জন্য অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।

4️⃣ Earthquake (Seismic) Load
ভূমিকম্পের সময় ভবনের ওপর আসা অনুভূমিক ও উল্লম্ব লোড।

5️⃣ Snow Load
তুষারের ওজনজনিত লোড—
বাংলাদেশে প্রযোজ্য না হলেও আন্তর্জাতিক স্ট্যান্ডার্ড অনুযায়ী BNBC-তে অন্তর্ভুক্ত।

6️⃣ Special Load
বিশেষ পরিস্থিতিজনিত লোড—
Temperature effect, Impact load, Differential settlement ইত্যাদি।

📌 মনে রাখবেন:
একটি নিরাপদ ভবনের ভিত্তি হলো সঠিক Load analysis ও BNBC Code অনুসরণ। ডিজাইন ও নির্মাণে অবহেলা ভবিষ্যতে বড় ক্ষতির কারণ হতে পারে।
