Alkaline proteases:
Alkaline proteases in detergents, particularly ‘Serine proteases’ help to clean protein and dirt stains in both laundry and dishwashing. These include blood stains, egg stains, and sweat, milk, and oatmeal stains.
Amylases:
Amylases in detergents help to remove starch stains adhering to tableware and clothing. Some examples of starch stains are stains from pasta, rice, potato, baby food, chocolate, and other gravy stains.
Alkaline lipases:

Mannanases:
