Job Scope
Post: Marketing & Sales Manager
at TREL Construction Chemical and Solutions Ltd
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for construction chemicals, construction solutions & applications, ready mix concrete, and engineering products.
* Generate new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
* Visit project sites, consultants, contractors, developers, and industrial clients regularly.
* Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
* Prepare quotations, pricing, and tender documents.
* Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients.
* Coordinate with technical and production teams for smooth project ex*****on.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
* Manage branding, promotional campaigns, and social media marketing activities.
* Prepare sales reports, client databases, and market analysis reports.
* Ensure timely payment collection from clients.
* Support business expansion and new product development.
Required Skills
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of construction chemicals, concrete products, construction solutions, or building materials.
* Client relationship management ability.
* Leadership and team management capability.
* Proficiency in MS Office and reporting systems.
* Marketing strategy and sales planning knowledge.
Educational Qualification
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
* 3–8 years experience in marketing and sales, preferably in construction materials, ready mix concrete, construction solutions, or construction chemical sector.
