TRUSTED BY BANGLADESH ARMY: OFFICERS MESS RETROFITTING & RENOVATION – BMTF, GAZIPUR

We are proud to share the successful completion of a highly complex and technically demanding project at Bangladesh Machine Tools Factory (BMTF), Gazipur – the Officers Mess Renovation & Retrofitting.

This wasn't just a renovation. It was a structural transformation.

Scope of Work – Over 200 BOQ Items Executed

Structural Dismantling – We carefully dismantled existing RCC structures to create additional interior space, strategically removing elements while maintaining structural integrity.

Retrofitting – Installed steel I-beams and columns at ground floor level to reinforce the structure and support modified load paths after dismantling.

Extension Work – Added a small extension to the building, seamlessly integrating new construction with the existing structure.

Finishing Works – Complete tiling, flooring, wall plastering, and painting throughout the facility.

Electrical Works – Full rewiring, lighting installation, switchboards, and power outlets across all rooms.

Plumbing & Sanitary – New water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures installed.

Interior Fit-Outs – Room partitions, ceilings, doors, windows, and all interior joinery.

External Works – Facade improvement, site drainage, and final cleanup.

Total Items Executed: Over 200 line items as per the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

Retrofitting and structural modification require deep understanding of load distribution, material behavior, and construction sequencing. This project proves our ability to:

• Handle complex structural modifications with engineering precision
• Execute detailed BOQs with 200+ line items efficiently
• Coordinate multiple trades simultaneously
