It is with profound sorrow and deep shock that we share the heartbreaking news of the passing of our beloved colleague, Mr. Nazmul Haque Niaz, a valued and trusted member of the SGI family.

Niaz was more than just a colleague—he was a brother, a pillar of trust, and an irreplaceable part of our organization. He shared a very special bond with our President and Founder, earning his complete trust through years of unwavering integrity, loyalty, and dedication. He carried responsibilities not just with professionalism, but with sincerity and care, often easing the pressure of those around him through his quiet strength and reliability.

Gone far too soon, Niaz had only just begun a new chapter of his life. His loss leaves behind a void that cannot be filled—both professionally and personally. He will always be remembered for his honesty, humility, and the calm assurance he brought to everyone who worked with him.

Our hearts and prayers are with his family during this unimaginably painful time. We pray that Allah grants him Jannatul Ferdous and blesses his loved ones with patience, strength, and peace.

Syed Group of Industries specializes in producing sulphuric acid, sodium silicate, sodium sulphate, and poly aluminium chloride. We are a leading name in the chemical manufacturing sector and are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Executive Chemical Engineer to join our team.

**Job Role:**
As an Junior Chemical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our operations, focusing on research and development (R&D), quality control (QC), and improving product grades. This is a hands-on position that will challenge you to innovate and enhance production processes while ensuring product quality.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct research and development to improve product quality and efficiency.
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure high standards.
- Troubleshoot and upgrade product grades as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and maintain a safe work environment.

**Requirements:**
- Should have knowledge in Sulphuric Acid, Sodium Silicate Production
- Degree in Applied Chemistry, preferably from (Rajshahi University).

It is with deep sorrow and shock that we share the heartbreaking news of the passing of one of SGI's oldest and most cherished team members, Mr. Rezwan. After a brave battle with cancer, he left this world today.

Mr. Rezwan was more than just a colleague; he was a friend, a mentor, and an inspiration to all who had the privilege of knowing him. His dedication, warmth, and kindness will forever remain in our hearts. His presence will be sorely missed, and his contributions to SGI will never be forgotten.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this incredibly difficult time. We pray that Allah grants him Jannah and provides strength to his loved ones.
