আমাদের বিল্ডিং কনস্ট্রাকশনের মান কতটা খারাপ অবস্থায় হচ্ছে, তা বিজ্ঞজনের কথায় আরেকটু ভালোভাবে ফুটে উঠেছে। বিল্ডিং নির্মাণ করার আগে আমাদের আরো সচেতন না হলে, ভুমিকম্পের মতো প্রাকৃতিক দুর্ঘটনায় আমাদের সারা জীবনের কষ্টার্জিত টাকা যেমন যাবে, সাথে আমাদের জীবনটাও যাবে।
তাই এ ব্যাপারে সতর্কতা খুবই জরুরী।

বিল্ডিং নির্মাণে আপনার একটু অসচেতনতা, বিল্ডিংয়ের শতশত ব্যবহারকারীর জীবন এভাবে হুমকির মুখে পরতে পারে?
বিল্ডিং নির্মাণের আগে অবশ্যই বিশেষজ্ঞদের পরামর্শ নিন। পরামর্শ না নিয়ে বিল্ডিং করলে আপনার কাছে খালি চোখে খরচ কম হচ্ছে বলে মনে হলেও, প্রকৃতপক্ষে আপনার অনেক বড় ক্ষতি হচ্ছে।

সস্তা সয়েল টেস্ট!
পাইল ফাউন্ডেশন করতে মালিকের বাজেট নাই!
যত কমে সম্ভব, ততই ভালো—ড্রয়িং পেতে চায় ফ্রি বা অল্প খরচে।

📌 দায় কার?
🔍 তিনি কি সেই প্রকৌশলী—
যিনি মালিকের সঙ্গে চুক্তি করেছেন, অথচ প্রকৃত অর্থে নন-সার্টিফাইড একজন “ইঞ্জিনিয়ার”?

লাগেনা তার B.Sc সার্টিফিকেট,
নেই IEB রেজিস্ট্রেশন নাম্বার।
দরকার নাই তার বৈধ কোনো যোগ্যতার।
আছে শুধু চকচকে চেম্বার।

সেই ঘাটতি ঢাকতে তিনি ড্রয়িংয়ে জুড়ে দেন—
শত শত "অমুক-তমুক" ইঞ্জিনিয়ারের নাম,নাম্বার
যেন নামেই চলে কাজ, পরিচয় না থাকলেও হয় না বাধা!

🗣️ আর যখন কেউ জিজ্ঞেস করে—
“ভাই, এত কম খরচে এত বড় কাজ কীভাবে হলো?”
উত্তর আসে—
“আমার পেছনে বড় বড় ইঞ্জিনিয়ার আছেন, ওনারাই দেখেছেন কাজটা।
আমি শুধু মিটিং এ ব্যস্ত থাকি!”

📌 তাহলে এই দায় কার?
🔸 মালিকের, যিনি নিরাপত্তাকে ত্যাগ করে শুধু খরচের হিসাব করেন?
🔸 সেই “নামধারী” ইঞ্জিনিয়ারের, যিনি কাজ না দেখেই কেবল নাম দেন?
🔸 নাকি সেই ভূয়া ইঞ্জিনিয়ারের, যিনি কাজ কে সর্বনাশ করেও কাজের দায় থেকে মুক্তি থাকেন?

📣 আজকের নির্মাণ খাতে সবচেয়ে বড় সংকট—দায়িত্বহীনতা।
একটা ভুল ডিজাইন, একটা সস্তা ফাউন্ডেশন—দেখতে তুচ্ছ,
কিন্তু সেটাই হতে পারে ভবিষ্যতের ভবন ধ্বংস আর প্রাণহানির কারণ।

⚠️ আসুন, আমরা সবাই নিজের জায়গা থেকে দায়িত্বশীল হই।
নির্মাণ মানে শুধু ইট-বালু-রড নয়—এটা মানুষের জীবনের নিরাপত্তা।

China has installed a massive 50-meter-high inflatable dome over a construction site in Jinan city to reduce dust and noise pollution, making it one of the most innovative environmental solutions in urban development. According to Gulf News, the dome covers an area of about 20,000 square meters and is made from durable, weather-resistant materials. It stays upright through a constant air pressure system, which means it doesn’t need internal supports and can fully enclose the construction site. This helps trap dust particles and significantly reduce the noise from heavy machinery, improving the quality of life for nearby residents.

The dome also includes transparent sections that allow natural light to enter, along with advanced ventilation systems to maintain safe air quality inside. According to The Bridge Chronicle, this project is part of Jinan’s broader efforts to meet strict environmental regulations and minimize the impact of construction on surrounding communities.
