501 WA:
Crystalline Waterproofing admixture for Concrete.

MasterSeal 501 WA is a corrosion free concrete waterproofing admixture used for the treatment of concrete and concrete products to protect against water intrusion, leakage, cracking, chemical attack and corrosion of reinforcing steel.
MasterSeal 501 WA reacts with the hydration products of cement to form crystals within the pores and capillaries of concrete structures, thereby effectively blocking the passage of water.
Complete waterproofing is normally achieved within 5 – 7 days from final set. ® S 488: Shrinkage compensated, polymer fibre reinforced, thixotropic repair mortar.

MasterEmaco S 488 is a pre-bagged ready-to-use structural repair mortar in powder form. When mixed with the correct amount of water, it produces a thixotropic, high strength repair mortar, reinforced with acrylic polymer fibre. It possess excellent bond characteristics to steel reinforcement and to concrete.
MasterEmaco S 488 mortar is shrinkage compensated. It has low permeability and is extremely durable. MasterEmaco S 488 contains no metallic aggregate and is chloride-free.
MasterEmaco S 488 is formulated for sprayed or trowelled applications – in thicknesses up to 50 mm in one layer by hand application. Greater thicknesses can be achieved when spray applied.

® 540: Flexible, polymer cement waterproofing slurry.
: MasterSeal 540 is a two part, prepacked system, consisting of a liquid polymer as Part A and a premixed powder as Part B. The two parts on mixing yield a brush able, smooth slurry with excellent bond to most substrates. The product is based on selected synthetic resins and cements. Solvent based chemical release agent.
:
Chemical release mould and shutter faces prior to casting concrete in order to achieve a clean release. After removal of the formwork, the resultant concrete has a smooth, hard, uniform finish, with reduced incidence of blow holes. MasterFinish 202 can be applied to the formwork by spray in the form of a light uniform mist coating.
:
MasterFinish 202 is formulated for application to plywood, timber, steel and plastic faced formwork and moulds, prior to casting concrete, to ensure a clean release.
:
MasterFinish 202 reacts chemically with cement to impart excellent release properties to treated surfaces. Concrete cast against surfaces coated with MasterFinish 202 exhibit a smooth, hard, uniform finish.
MasterFinish 202 has no negative effect on the properties of concrete no will it impair the adhesion of subsequent surface treatments when applied at the recommended coverage rates.

Apply before the first casting and thereafter re- apply immediately after stripping and cleaning the mould.
Lightweight horticultural sprayers are ideal as MasterFinish 202 is finely atomised to give a uniform coating. Excessive application should be avoided.
Alternatively, application may be made by a fine haired brush, only a very thin coating should be made and any excess removed.
If after the first application, the MasterFinish 202 is completely absorbed into new timber or plywood, a further application should be made before filling the moulds or formwork.
