Our special non-cross linked closed-cell polyethylene foams are formed with innumerable cells from Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) resins expanded by 15-40 times. 1) NPE Roll Stock: POLYCELL NPE Roll Stock has wide range of applications. Depending on customer needs, convert into pouches, sheets, or slit into different rolls sizes.

Material: NPE Products are made from Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) resins
Function: Cushioning, Heat & Cold Insulation, Sound Insulation, Anti-Shock, Anti-Abrasion and Anti-Moisture
Application: Industrial Packaging, Insulation, Construction, Garments and Sweaters, Comforter, Cushioning, Agriculture etc.
Material Specifications: We can provide NPE Products having thicknesses from 0.5mm to 100mm and widths from 1000mm to 2000mm as per customer needs. NPE can be coated and laminated with different films, foils on customer needs.



2) NPE Sheets: POLYCELL NPE Sheets are inexpensive, labor saving materials. These can be easily made into custom sizes and into different specifications. NPE Sheets take forms of standard and anti-static.
Material: NPE Products are made from Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) resins
Function: Interleaving and void fill, anti-abrasion, cushioning, anti-static and moisture resistance
Application: Protect fine surface finish items and small, light, fragile items, such as: ceramics and electronics goods, garments goods etc. Can be used in Road, Highway and bridge construction.

3) NPE Laminations: POLYCELL Foam lamination is a laminated material that combines NPE Foam with printed or plain polyethylene film to create a strong, light weight composite sheet. Foam lamination is thinner, denser and stronger than other foams, and offers all the advantages and benefits of NPE Foam. In addition, the printed PE Film coating not only protects products better,but also enhances the esthetic value as well.

Function: Interleaving , anti-abrasion, cushioning, water-resistance, enhance esthetic value, anti-shock and moisture resistance
Application: Protect abrasion-prone, fragile, fine surface finish items, light, fragile items, such as: ceramics and electronics goods. NPE Planks can also be be used in Road, Highway and bridge construction successfully. Various types of Mats can be made by NPE Laminations Products.

4) NPE Plank: POLYCELL void-fill products are excellent for void-filling excess spaces inside of shipping carton or container, surrounding and protecting valuable goods.
POLYCELL NPE Plank Die-Cut Products are made from multiple layers of NPE Foam, trimmed and then die-cut to finish. It is the best alternative to Styrofoam because it is environmental friendly material. Plank die-cut are custom design and made to fit customers’ needs. We also offer EPE planks for customers to process and make their own design. The available thicknesses are 6mm to 100mm and available width are 1000mm to 1500mm.
Material: Multiple layers of NPE foam, trimmed and then die-cut to finish
Function: Anti-shock, lightweight, sound-insulation, anti-moisture, void-filling.
Applications: To block and brace products inside of box; typically used for packaging electronic instruments, PC Case, Mattress manufacturing, Telecommunication Parts and Equipments and so on. To produce comforter and cushioning items NPE Products are widely used

5)POLYCELL Reflective Insulation:
During summer Polycell Reflective Insulation Materials can block up to 97% of the sun radiated heat from being transferred into the building and balance heat enters by conduction and convection.During winter Polycell Reflective Insulation Materials keep heat from escaping from building by reflecting 97% portion of the radiant heat block in, in turn requiring less work by heating systems. This is the only insulation which is equally efficient
and saves ample energy both in summer and winter, which is not the case with the other insulation materials.

Installation Procedures:

Easy to cut, staple, clamp, Fix with adhesive and apply
Open the installation roll
Start laying from one face to another over the purlins
Secure the insulation on first purlin by self threading screws/washers
Similarly open the other sheet or plank securing the same on the first purlin and overlapping on the first sheet or plank to be held on the other end by one of the er****on crews
The two consecutive sheets or planks are to be joined, bent/overlapped length wise upright each by one inch and stapled/clamped /screwed/ stitched/fixed with adhesive continuously.
Fold the stapled section horizontally and apply self adhesive aluminum tape  by compressed joint to avoid any leakage at a later date
The process of fixing metallic sheet roofing should be completed per row side by side as per roof laying standard practice.

6)POLYCELL Control Strip & POLYCELL Expansion Strip:
POLYCELL Control Strip is used in concrete construction. This product is engineered with a 12mm, easy tear strip, for use with sealant applications.
Description:
Type: Strips of various thicknesses are intended for use with cold-and hot applied sealants.
Form: Flat Strips
Temperature Limits: -45°F to +200°F
Benefits:
POLYCELL Control Strip is an economical choice for use in concrete construction. It is light weight, non-absorbent, UV Stable and compressible for easy installation.
Applications:
Closed-cell control strip extends the services life of concrete by acting as an insulator to contraction and expansion joints, while acting as a bond breaker for sealants. Common applications includes parking decks, curbs and gutters, concrete slabs, swimming pools, roads & highways and airport runways etc.

7) POLYCELL Flat Rod:
POLYCELL Flat perforated Rolls of closed-cell, PE Foam is used as a backing material for hot and cold-applied sealants in shallow reservoirs.
Description : Type: Strips of various thicknesses are intended for use with cold-appplied sealants.
Form : Flat Strips
Temperature Limits: -45°F to +160°F
Benefits:
POLYCELL Flat Rod limits the depth of the sealants and prevents excessive sealants use. It also helps sealant assume a three-point adhesion to prolong sealant service life and acts as a barrier to the flow of sealant through the joint.
