We can produce various types of work wear, safety wear, fire retardant wear, hunting wear, active wear, seam sealing wear and all kinds of outerwear. We make padded and non padded both items. We use cotton, CVC, TC, FR, leather, nylon, polyester etc types of coated and non coated fabrics. We also use canvas, twill, poplin, soft shell, oxford types of fabric for our products. We can stitch 4 Oz to
14.75 Oz fabrics. We mainly export to USA and Canada. We are doing work apparel business since 2000. From the year 2005 we started our first manufacturing factory Snowtex Apparels Ltd. We started our 2nd factory Cut N Sew in the year 2011. Now we have more than 800 sewing machines, 9 production lines, 2000 workforce in our these 2 factories. This year our annual turnover is USD 27 Millions. We are doing construction work to setting up our 3rd factory Snowtex Outerwear Ltd. In our 3rd factory we will have 48 production lines, more than 3950 sewing machines, 7500 work force. It will be a LEED certified Green factory. Each floor approximately 50,000 square feet, total 8 floors. We are working to start production at our 3rd factory gradually from 2nd quarter of 2013. As a continuous plan we will set up our own wash factory, padding factory and some required accessories in the same compound of our 3rd factory. We also have plan to set up managers housing and dormitories for our all workers.
