Tiller is seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as an 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞, 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭
• Prepare and format project proposal documents, company profiles, CVs, and other submission materials in accordance with client requirements.
• Maintain regular communication and coordination with experts, partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Develop, organize, and maintain databases of project proposals, consultants, experts, and partner organizations.
• Create, review, update, and maintain organizational documents, including reports, presentations, website content, agreements, brochures, and other communication materials.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and support in planning for expert sourcing.
• Conduct periodic reviews of organizational documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Support business development activities, including visiting government directorates, ministries, and relevant public sector offices to explore project opportunities and maintain institutional relationships.
• Organize and participate in meetings with Joint Venture (JV) partners and strategic collaborators.
• Support coordination of business development meetings, including preparation of meeting agendas, briefing notes, presentations, and follow-up action tracking.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management to support organizational operations, business development, and communications activities.
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field.
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
• 1 to 3 years of work.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Engineering Firms.
𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Age at least 18 years
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in proposal development, documentation, communications, business development, or knowledge management is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
• Strong skills in writing, editing, proofreading, and document formatting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
• Experience in preparing proposal documents for government, donor-funded, NGO, or private sector projects is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience in maintaining databases, document repositories, and knowledge management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
