A ๐ฅ๐š๐ฌ๐ž๐ซ ๐œ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ focuses an intense beam of light onto a material surface, allowing it to cut or engrave with exceptional accuracy. It is one of the most relied-on tools for fast, clean and repeatable fabrication.
Design files are prepared on a computer using vector-based software such as Illustrator, CorelDRAW or Inkscape. Once the design is finalized, the machine follows the exact paths defined in the file, allowing fully automated cutting and engraving with consistent results.

Students commonly use the ๐ฅ๐š๐ฌ๐ž๐ซ ๐œ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ for:
โ€ข Turning vector designs into precise physical components
โ€ข Producing clean cuts on acrylic, MDF, cardboard and plywood
