3D Air Defense System | Powered by Arduino Nano

Looking to explore how modern radar and target tracking work in the real world? THE X LAB has engineered a fully functional 3D Air Defense Prototype designed to detect and trace obstacles in real time.

Built around the compact Arduino Nano, this system utilizes a dual-ultrasonic setup combined with high-precision servo motors to scan, locate, and map objects across multiple axes.

How It Works
Dual-Ultrasonic Sensing: Two HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensors work in sync to measure distance and spatial positioning, creating a dual-angle detection field.

Pan & Tilt Servo Control: Servo motors drive smooth horizontal and vertical sweeps, giving the system a 3D target acquisition capability.

Micro-Brain Processing: The Arduino Nano computes real-time signal reflections to identify nearby objects, simulate threat zone boundaries, and lock onto spatial targets instantly.

✨ From Idea to Product — Spiral RGB Lamp
Introducing a unique Spiral Shape RGB Lamp, designed and developed by The X Lab. This project combines creative design, engineering, and modern lighting technology to create a stylish and functional product.
The lamp features RGB LED lighting with remote control, allowing users to change colors and lighting effects easily. From the initial concept to 3D modeling and prototype development, every part of the design was developed with both appearance and functionality in mind.
A good product is not just about making something that looks attractive. Shape, dimensions, internal structure, LED placement, assembly, manufacturability, and overall user experience are all important parts of the product development process.
This spiral lamp was designed using Fusion 360, followed by further development for prototyping and manufacturing. Projects like this represent the growing possibilities of Product Design in Bangladesh, where an idea can be transformed into a real, functional product.
