২. Autonomous Closed Loop Action:
শুধু অ্যালার্ট দেখে বসে থাকার দিন শেষ। এক ক্লিকেই দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত ভেন্ডরকে সরাসরি কল, আনুষ্ঠানিক চুক্তি ভঙ্গের আইনি নোটিশ ইমেইল প্রেরণ কিংবা টেলিগ্রামে জরুরি নোটিফিকেশন পৌঁছে দেয় প্ল্যাটফর্মটি।

৩. নেটিভ মাল্টিমোডাল ও বাংলা/বাংলিশ ভয়েস ডায়াগনস্টিকস:
সুইচবোর্ডের ফ্ল্যাশিং লাইটের ছবি তুলেই হার্ডওয়্যার ত্রুটি শনাক্ত করা যায়। ১৬০টিরও বেশি ভাষার পাশাপাশি স্বাভাবিক মুখের বাংলা ও "বাংলিশ" ভাষায় সরাসরি কথা বলেই পাওয়া যায় নেটওয়ার্ক সংক্রান্ত যে কোনো প্রশ্নের উত্তর, সাথে করণীয় অ্যাকশন প্ল্যান।

৪. ফিজিক্যাল টুল কল ও অ্যাকশন :
এজেন্ট নিজে থেকেই প্রয়োজনীয় টুল ব্যবহার করা যেমন ডাটাবেজ স্ক্যান করা, নোটিফিকেশন , মেইল বা যে কোনো সিস্টেমের সাথে API কমিউনিকেশন প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য আদান প্রদান করতে পারে। ফলে সাধারণ AI এর Hallucination কোনো সুযোগ নেই।

৫. এক্সিকিউটিভ অডিট রিপোর্ট (PDF/DOCX):
প্রতি সপ্তাহের ঘণ্টার পর ঘণ্টা সময় অপচয় বন্ধ করে মাত্র এক ক্লিকেই তৈরি করে ভিজ্যুয়াল চার্ট ও ব্যবসায়িক অ্যানালিসিস সমৃদ্ধ এক্সিকিউটিভ অডিট রিপোর্ট।

কেমন হতো যদি আমরা যেভাবে AI চ্যাটবটের সাথে কথা বলি, ঠিক তেমনি যদি বাসা বা অফিসের ক্যামেরাগুলোর সাথেও স্বাভাবিক ভাষায় কথা বলতে পারতাম? জিজ্ঞেস করতে পারতাম, "আজকে সারাদিন ওখানে কী কী হয়েছে?"

৪. ইউনিভার্সাল এজেন্ট : এটি একটি ইউনিভার্সাল সিস্টেম, যা যেকোনো ধরণের ঘটনা বা বৈশিষ্ট্য অনুযায়ী নিজে থেকেই মানিয়ে নেয়। কোনো সাইট-স্পেসিফিক বা নতুন করে এআই ট্রেনিংয়ের ঝামেলা ছাড়াই এটি যেকোনো ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়াল বা পাবলিক সিনারিও, ঘটনার গুরুত্ব ও তীব্রতা নিজে থেকেই বুঝতে পারে।

2. মাল্টিমোডাল সেমান্টিক সার্চ: এটি কেবল কি-ওয়ার্ড নয়, বরং টেক্সট বর্ণনা কিংবা রেফারেন্স ইমেজের মাধ্যমেও কাজ করতে সক্ষম। নির্দিষ্ট কোনো ব্যক্তি, যানবাহন বা বস্তু খুঁজে বের করতে এটি পুরো আর্কাইভ জুড়ে মুহূর্তেই সিমিলারিটি সার্চ চালাতে পারে।

3. চ্যাট উইথ রিজনিং (Chat with Reasoning): ভিডিও ফুটেজ থেকে তথ্য উদ্ধারের জন্য এতে রয়েছে 'ভিজ্যুয়াল কিউএ' (Visual QA)। কোনো একটি ইনসিডেন্ট বা ঘটনার প্রেক্ষাপট বিশ্লেষণ করে 'কী ঘটেছিল', 'কেন ঘটেছিল' বা 'কীভাবে ঘটেছিল'—এই ধরণের জটিল প্রশ্নের যৌক্তিক উত্তর প্রদান এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট মুহূর্তের ভিডিও পাশাপাশি প্রদর্শন করতে পারে।

4. ইন্টেলিজেন্ট ইনসিডেন্ট ক্লাসিফিকেশন: কর্মকাণ্ডের ধরণ বা অসামঞ্জস্যতা (Anomaly) অনুযায়ী এটি ঘটনাগুলোকে স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে শ্রেণীবদ্ধ করতে সক্ষম। এর ফলে ঘটনার গুরুত্ব ও ধরন অনুযায়ী ফিল্টার করে দ্রুত ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া সহজ হয়।
