We are pleased to present a thoughtfully designed multi-storied academic complex, developed to create a modern, efficient, and proper educational environment. The project integrates academic, administrative, and recreational functions within a clear and well-organized architectural framework.
The building spans six levels with approximately 179,000 square feet of academic infrastructure, forming a vertically integrated institutional campus. The design ensures functional clarity, accessibility, and long-term adaptability.

- North-south oriented classroom for proper air circulation & sun light.
- Academic block placed on south for ensuring a proper buffer from 60โ€™primary road.
- Administrative block & public function placed on north with main entrance.
- For square shape block we get more secure & functional the playground.
- Multiple entrance proposed for more smooth circulations.
- Administrative block ground floor covers parent services and also a large multipurpose hall for 500 persons.
- East & west wing mostly covers teacherโ€™s room & lab.

We are pleased to announce the successful completion and inauguration of the Palm View Restaurant Interior Refurbishment Project, located at the Army Golf Club, Dhaka Cantonment. The project has been officially inaugurated by the Army Golf Club authority.

The Palm View Restaurant, an iconic dining destination, has been transformed into a contemporary, inviting, and functionally efficient space through extensive refurbishment and design enhancement. Every zone has been carefully reimagined โ€” from upgraded ceilings, lighting, and furniture to a newly designed buffet counter, BBQ station, and renovated toilet zones โ€” ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.

Throughout the project journey, the Army Golf Club, Dhaka authority extended their continuous support and cooperation, helping us at every stage when needed. We sincerely appreciate their trust and collaboration. The team at Nirman Design & Developments worked relentlessly to achieve this transformation, dedicating themselves to every detail to ensure quality, precision, and design excellence.

The person must have experience of working in an Architectural Firm and implementing designs by himself and also should have experience working with Interior design and its implementation in construction site.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
โ€ข Extensive/through knowledge on project detailing (Must-have requirement)
โ€ข Prepare design concept, plan, elevation, detailed & working drawing.
โ€ข 3D visualization
โ€ข Need to have experience with Rajuk, Cantt. Board, City Corporation and others rules and regulations
โ€ข Prepare presentation/ technical proposal to respective clients for approval.
โ€ข Detailing of any layout/ design for proper estimation as well as ex*****on.
โ€ข Follow up the project ex*****on on regular basis (visit worksites to ensure that construction adheres to Architectural plans).
โ€ข Negotiate and meeting with Clients.
โ€ข Any other tasks assigned by management.

We are proud to share the latest progress on the Army Golf Club Gate โ€” an EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) project being executed by Nirman Design & Developments in collaboration with the Bangladesh Army.

Located within Dhaka Cantonment, this landmark project reflects our commitment to combining architectural precision with civil engineering excellence. We are pleased to announce that the slab casting work has been successfully completed โ€” marking a significant milestone for the entire team.

The structure involves heavy-duty reinforcement detailing, designed to withstand both structural loads and environmental stresses. The slab is supported by a high-density rebar mesh grid, incorporating B500 TMT bars with accurate spacing and proper anchorage to ensure load distribution and structural integrity.

Our team is overseeing the concrete pouring and ensuring uniform placement and compaction. Proper formwork support and shuttering have been installed to ensure dimensional accuracy and finish quality, while concrete vibration techniques are being applied to minimize voids and maximize bonding around the reinforcement.
