Position Title: Site Engineer
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Constructions Sites of Dhaka
No. of Vacancies: 2
General Summary:
In this position, we are looking for two Site Engineers who can manage and supervise the waterproofing works in different projects sites.
Duties and Responsibilities:
âĸ Monitor and supervise all waterproofing works on the site
âĸ Identify problems or challenges and instruct the workers toward an effective solution
âĸ Collect and provide measurements of work areas and materials
âĸ Communicate with project engineers and project managers
âĸ Maintain safety and proper work environment
âĸ Prepare quotations, bills, and reports
âĸ Be well-informed about site activities and provide feedback to the management/
âĸ Learn methods of waterproofing work from supervisors
âĸ Prepare application surface and apply Waterproofing Solutions
Educational Qualifications:
âĸ Diploma in Civil Engineering
Requirements:
âĸ Proven work experience as a Site Engineer, Project Engineer, or similar role
âĸ An understanding of construction work and the work environment
âĸ Familiarity with on-site work
âĸ Hard-working mindset
âĸ Excellent communication and team player skills
âĸ Ability to meet deadlines
âĸ Ability to work under pressure in a diverse environment
âĸ Ability to work long hours
âĸ Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
âĸ Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
Skills Required:
âĸ Proficiency with general computer usage, especially with mail and moderate grasp over software like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
âĸ Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
âĸ Stay current & open to change
Salary: 12-15K (Negotiable)
