We are looking for a skilled Flutter Mobile App Developer to join our team—someone who is passionate about building modern, scalable, and high-performing applications.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
✅ Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Flutter applications (Android-focused)
✅ Collaborate with UI/UX designers to build intuitive and visually appealing interfaces
✅ Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
✅ Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
✅ Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
✅ Work with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve existing ones
✅ Ensure applications are responsive and scalable across multiple devices
📌 Technical Requirements
🎯 Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development (Android preferred)
🎯 Strong proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework
🎯 Experience with state management tools (Provider, GetX, Bloc, or Riverpod)
🎯 Proven experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
🎯 Experience with SQLite, Firebase, or other database solutions
🎯 Proficiency with Git and version control
🎯 Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Job Title: Mobile App Developer (Flutter)

Key Responsibilities
As a Mobile App Developer at XpertLabBD Ltd, you will:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Flutter applications, primarily for Android, with some focus on the web and desktop.
Collaborate with designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services for seamless functionality.
Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth app performance.
Work with cross-functional teams to implement new features and optimize existing ones.
Ensure applications are responsive and scalable across various devices.

Technical Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development, focusing on Android.
Expertise: Proficiency in Dart programming and the Flutter framework.
State Management: Experience with Provider, GetX, Bloc, or Riverpod.
Integration: Proven ability to work with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
Database: Knowledge and experience with database management, including SQLite, Firebase, or other database solutions.
Tools: Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
Problem-solving: Ability to debug and optimize performance independently.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of native Android development is a plus.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for efficient app deployment.
