Energypac Engineering Limited is seeking a motivated Intern to join our dynamic team in the Marketing Division. This internship presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about marketing in the engineering sector. As a Marketing Intern, you will be an integral part of our marketing efforts, gaining hands-on experience in marketing strategies, campaigns, and market research within the power engineering industry.
Job Responsibilities:
• Developing and executing engaging marketing campaigns across multiple social media channels and outlets.
• Handling customer queries on Facebook and on our Hotline number.
• Conducting email marketing drives, and generating reports.
• Prepare marketing reports and corporate profiles for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintenance of marketing databases, email marketing lists, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create/edit social media posts, write-ups, and promotional materials.
• Organizing and participating in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to display Energypac Engineering's products and services.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
• Knowledge of branding guidelines is essential.
Qualifications:
• Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in BBA – Marketing/MIS, from a reputed public or private university.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is strongly required.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is strongly required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. English Medium background is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for marketing, particularly within the engineering or manufacturing sector.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
This is a full-time, on-site paid internship. The internship duration is 3 months and the office timing is 9-5:30 pm, Sunday-Thursday 5 days a week at Tejgaon I/A, Dhaka.
**Office hours for the last Saturday of the month is 10 am – 4pm.
