Job Opportunity: Marketing Executive
MUKTI METAL AND CONSTRUCTION is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. We specialize in high-quality metal fabrication and construction solutions, and we are looking for a professional to help drive our brand growth, expand our client base, and manage our market presence.
About the Role
As a Marketing Executive, you will be the face of MUKTI METAL AND CONSTRUCTION. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients (industrial and residential), and promoting our services in the competitive Bangladeshi market.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development: Conduct market research to identify potential projects, clients, and partners within the construction and industrial sectors.
Lead Generation: Proactively source and follow up on sales leads through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
Client Relations: Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Promotional Activities: Assist in creating marketing materials (brochures, digital content, proposals) that highlight our expertise in metal fabrication and construction.
Brand Presence: Manage our online and offline presence, including updating social media channels and representing the company at industry events or meetings.
Reporting: Regularly monitor competitor activity and provide market insights to management to help refine our sales strategies.
Requirements & Skills
Experience: Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably within the construction, engineering, or manufacturing industry.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Interpersonal: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and networking skills.
Technical Literacy: Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools or CRM software is a strong plus.
Education: Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Attributes: Highly motivated, creative, self-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
