We’re Hiring: Workshop Manager, Sales & Operations
Maple Leaf Industrial Solutions Ltd. is looking for an experienced automotive professional to lead the sales and day-to-day commercial operations of Maple Leaf LPG, our autogas conversion and service workshop in Tejgaon, Dhaka.
We are looking specifically for candidates with at least 3 years of directly relevant experience in automotive dealerships, vehicle showrooms, service centers, workshops, or automotive after-sales operations.
The role includes:
- Leading sales performance and customer follow-up
- Managing the sales team and monthly targets
- Developing corporate and fleet business
- Coordinating with the technical/workshop team
- Maintaining strong customer service
- Ensuring disciplined CRM, reporting, and follow-up
- Overseeing day-to-day commercial and operational matters
Location: Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka
Employment: Full-time, On-site
Candidates should have proven responsibility for sales performance and team management.
