Core Engineering Capabilities
We provide comprehensive Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (DSITC) services across four core engineering pillars.
1. Industrial HVAC & Ventilation Systems
We design and deploy large-scale climate control and industrial ventilation systems tailored to withstand demanding environments, with a strong focus on energy efficiency and precise environmental control (e.g., for the textile and manufacturing sectors).
Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Systems: Expert installation of large-capacity VRF systems (up to 650+ RT capacity) in collaboration with global brands like TCL and LG.
Chiller Plants: Specialized in air-cooled and water-cooled chiller installations (including systems up to 350+ RT) using world-class equipment (e.g., Dunham-Bush, Kirloskar).
Industrial Ventilation & Cleanrooms: Custom air-handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), and specialized ventilation systems designed for factory floors and cleanroom requirements.
2. Water & Wastewater Engineering (STP / ETP / WWTP)
We help industries and commercial developments achieve environmental compliance and resource efficiency through advanced water treatment infrastructure.
Sewage Treatment Plants (STP): Package and civil-structure STPs utilizing cutting-edge MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) technology (capacities scaled from compact 8 KLD systems to large-scale municipal applications).
Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) & WWTP: Robust chemical, physical, and biological treatment systems designed specifically to handle industrial wastewater, with a focus on high-load sectors like textiles.
Turnkey Ex*****on: From structural piping, manhole layouts, and pump-motor alignment to chemical commissioning and long-term preventive maintenance.
3. Electrical & Power Infrastructure
Our electrical engineering division ensures uninterrupted, clean power delivery for sensitive industrial machinery and facilities.
Substation & Power Distribution: Supply and installation of HT/LT switchgear, transformers, and distribution panels.
Power Quality & Diagnostics: On-site investigation, testing, and mitigation of voltage fluctuations, isolator burnouts, and harmonic distortions.
Backup Power: Deployment and maintenance of heavy-duty industrial power generators (such as the QKA360DSS series).
4. Plumbing, Sanitation & Fire Protection

Industrial Plumbing: High-pressure water supply, specialized drainage networks, and complex process piping.

The Lion Kallol Project (BSEZ): Full-scope MEP, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installation works under subcontract with Tamada Engineering.
High-Capacity HVAC Installation (656 RT VRF & 350 RT Chiller): Successful turnkey supply, installation, and commissioning of a major climate control system valued at BDT 13,00,00,000.
IRIS Factory Project (BSEZ): Complete design, engineering, and installation of advanced ventilation, factory AC networks, and sewage treatment plants (STP) in coordination with Shimizu Corporation.
