Dutch-Bangla Pack Ltd. Annual Picnic 2026 – A Day of Laughter, Celebration, and Togetherness
Like every year, Dutch-Bangla Pack Ltd. came together for its much-awaited annual picnic, a day that celebrates friendship, teamwork, and the joy of being part of one big family. This year, employees, in-house operators, top management, and their families gathered for a day full of laughter, music, games, and delicious food – a perfect escape from the daily routine.
Games, Giggles, and Family Fun
The day began with an infectious buzz of excitement. Children and adults alike jumped into pillow passing, musical chairs, and running events, their laughter echoing across the picnic grounds. A colourful merry go round along with a carousel and other rides added to the joy, delighting the little ones and bringing out the playful side of adults. Meanwhile, our in-house operators took the stage, dazzling everyone with lively singing and dancing performances that had colleagues cheering and clapping along. It wasn’t just entertainment – it was a celebration of talent, energy, and togetherness.
Honoring Our Stars
One of the most touching moments of the day was when we paused to celebrate the amazing people who make Dutch-Bangla Pack what it is. Thirty-five Star Employee Awards went to colleagues who consistently went above and beyond, inspiring everyone with their dedication and passion. We also recognized the unwavering loyalty of our long-standing team members through the 10-Year Long Service Awards, a celebration of their years of commitment and hard work. And of course, the Best Employee of the Year Awards highlighted those exceptional individuals whose perseverance, excellence, and positive energy set the bar high for all.
Music, Laughter, and Exciting Prizes
As the sun began to set, the energy didn’t fade. A concert featuring professional singers hired from the city lifted everyone’s spirits, filling the evening air with music, laughter, and cheer. Then came the moment everyone had been waiting for – the lottery event! The crowd held their breath as names were called, leading to our Ariful Islam from Box Liner winning the first prize – a brand-new smart television.
A Feast to Remember
No celebration is complete without food, and this picnic was no exception. From hearty feasts to snacks and street-food-style stalls, every taste was catered to. Families wandered between the stalls, sharing laughter, stories, and the joy of simple pleasures, making the day feel truly immersive and special.
