Dutch-Bangla Pack Limited, in partnership with VisionSpring Bangladesh Ltd., successfully organized a fully company-funded eye care program for our employees, bringing essential vision care directly to the workplace.

Starting from 5 May 2026, the program provided free eye screening, glasses, and follow-up support to employees without any financial burden. Employees who needed reading glasses received them instantly, while progressive glasses were provided within a week, ensuring timely and meaningful support.

The program concluded with a closing ceremony attended by distinguished guests, VisionSpring representatives, and the DBPL team. This initiative reflects our continued commitment to employee well-being, workplace safety, and creating a healthier, clearer future for our people.

Celebrating International Women’s Day at Dutch-Bangla Pack Limited 🌸

On 8th March, we celebrated International Women’s Day with the motto “Give to Gain”. Employees from all sections including supervisors, operators, and management joined the event.
Our Head of Factory (HOF) addressed the gathering, emphasizing the invaluable contributions of women in both professional and personal spheres as mothers, daughters, sisters, wives, and employees. He encouraged women to lead by example, inspire others, and embrace their power and potential.
Female employees also shared inspiring stories of balancing work and home life, highlighting how these experiences shaped their confidence and strengthened their families. The event was truly empowering, emotional, and celebratory, showcasing women as the embodiment of strength, resilience, and versatility.
The celebration included a procession inside the factory, followed by a small token of appreciation gifts, chocolates, and snacks to honor the contributions of our women employees.

Dutch-Bangla Pack Ltd. Annual Picnic 2026 – A Day of Laughter, Celebration, and Togetherness

Like every year, Dutch-Bangla Pack Ltd. came together for its much-awaited annual picnic, a day that celebrates friendship, teamwork, and the joy of being part of one big family. This year, employees, in-house operators, top management, and their families gathered for a day full of laughter, music, games, and delicious food – a perfect escape from the daily routine.

Games, Giggles, and Family Fun
The day began with an infectious buzz of excitement. Children and adults alike jumped into pillow passing, musical chairs, and running events, their laughter echoing across the picnic grounds. A colourful merry go round along with a carousel and other rides added to the joy, delighting the little ones and bringing out the playful side of adults. Meanwhile, our in-house operators took the stage, dazzling everyone with lively singing and dancing performances that had colleagues cheering and clapping along. It wasn’t just entertainment – it was a celebration of talent, energy, and togetherness.

Honoring Our Stars
One of the most touching moments of the day was when we paused to celebrate the amazing people who make Dutch-Bangla Pack what it is. Thirty-five Star Employee Awards went to colleagues who consistently went above and beyond, inspiring everyone with their dedication and passion. We also recognized the unwavering loyalty of our long-standing team members through the 10-Year Long Service Awards, a celebration of their years of commitment and hard work. And of course, the Best Employee of the Year Awards highlighted those exceptional individuals whose perseverance, excellence, and positive energy set the bar high for all.

Music, Laughter, and Exciting Prizes
As the sun began to set, the energy didn’t fade. A concert featuring professional singers hired from the city lifted everyone’s spirits, filling the evening air with music, laughter, and cheer. Then came the moment everyone had been waiting for – the lottery event! The crowd held their breath as names were called, leading to our Ariful Islam from Box Liner winning the first prize – a brand-new smart television.

A Feast to Remember
No celebration is complete without food, and this picnic was no exception. From hearty feasts to snacks and street-food-style stalls, every taste was catered to. Families wandered between the stalls, sharing laughter, stories, and the joy of simple pleasures, making the day feel truly immersive and special.
We look forward to next year, hoping to see even more smiles, laughter, and togetherness as we continue to celebrate the heart and soul of our company – its people.

Dutch-Bangla Pack Ltd. Celebrating Milestones & Team Spirit at Our 28th Management Review Meeting – 2025

On 24 December 2025, Dutch-Bangla Pack Limited proudly hosted its 28th Management Review Meeting at our factory premises, bringing together around 70 participants from both the Factory and Head Office. It was a day of reflection, recognition, and renewed commitment toward excellence.

Reflecting on 2025: Achievements & Insights

The first phase of the meeting focused on reviewing our performance over the past year and revisiting action points from our previous management review.

✨ 2025 has been a year of exceptional performance — with production nearing effective capacity.
📦 The commercial launch of our Box Liner section marked a key operational milestone.
✅ We successfully conducted four customer audits, reinforcing our commitment to quality, ISO compliance, and continuous improvement.

An open discussion session with our factory team members created space for honest feedback, practical suggestions, and operational insights — ensuring every voice was heard and valued. As always, the formal session concluded with a special lunch, strengthening the bond that makes DBPL more than just a workplace.

From Factory Floors to Fun & Festivities

After the formal review, the celebration continued with a memorable team outing outside Dhaka!

Our team travelled to Patenga Sea Beach, enjoying beach volleyball, thrilling speed boat rides, and moments of relaxation by the sea.

The fun carried on at Foy's Lake, where Sea World rides, dancing, singing, and laughter brought everyone closer together. A sumptuous buffet lunch and an exciting raffle draw — where five team members received special gifts — made the day even more special.

It was truly a celebration of teamwork, shared success, and togetherness.

Looking Ahead: 2026 Goals

As we step into 2026, our key objective is to reach a monthly target capacity of 48 FCL. Achieving this milestone will depend on the continued dedication, collaboration, and support of our teams and partners.
