⚖️ **CRACKED (Left Column - 1:4 Cement/Sand/Water):** Too much cement relative to aggregate, often with too much water, leads to significant shrinkage. The result? A network of deep, unsightly cracks. Still looks solid from a distance, but its integrity is compromised.
💥 **WEAK (Middle Column - 1:9 Cement/Sand):** This rich mortar-style mix, with far too much cement and *no gravel*, is structurally weak. When loaded, it will spall dramatically, peeling off and exposing the reinforcing rebar cage to the elements. This is a severe failure mode.
