Job Responsibilities

1. Install, configure, and maintain Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) at customer sites.
2. Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for control system-related issues.
3. Conduct regular maintenance and system health checks for clients.
4. Support integration and communication between control systems and other industrial networks.
5. Collaborate with overseas partners’ engineering and project teams for control system upgrades or new installations.
6. Provide training and technical support to end-users and maintenance teams.
7. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and service logs.
8. Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Location: Dhaka Office.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from a recognized institution.
2. 2+ years of hands-on experience with industrial control systems such as DCS and PLCs.
3. Strong understanding of Automation Control Logic, Electrical SLD, System and Network architecture, Control Panel GA and wiring diagrams including power distribution and earthing.
4. Ability to read and understand P&ID diagrams, open- and closed-loop processes.
5. Strong knowledge of networking protocols, especially TCP/IP and Modbus.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Good understanding of Windows Server operating systems.
8. Proficient communication skills in English.
9. Need to travel to customer sites as required.

Experience Requirements: 1-4 years’ experience.

Salary: BDT 40,000-65,000 depending on experience

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Public/Tier 1 Private University

Experience Requirements: 3-5 years’ experience.

Qualification requirement : Fresh or 1-2 years experience from any Public/private University in EEE or Civil

Mainly need to help in preparing tender & support all ongoing project from Dhaka office. Rarely candidate have to visit site.
