Article 1:
NAME : The official name of this student organization shall be “FCI ICT Club”.
*FCI ICT Club: Feni Computer Institute Information And Communication Technology Club*
Article 2:
Address: Feni Computer Institute, DTM Road, New Ranir-hat, Feni –Bangladesh. Article 3:
AIMS & OBJECTIVES: The aims and objectives of this organization shall be to spread the knowledge of ICT among the students according to present & future job markets on the ICT sectors in the world. Article 4:
PROGRAMMES: The programs of this organization shall be as follows:-
To participate various local and national programming competition. To provide and sharing ICT knowledge among the students of Feni computer institute. To develop the ICT and English skills of students. To arrange ICT related seminar, competition, fair etc. To consult about higher study, future job markets and self-employment on ICT to the students. To organize every students on a platform. To introduce our institute (Feni computer institute) in nationally & internationally. To encourage the students for involved social welfare works such as blood donations. To aware the students of their rights, duties and responsibility. To increasing relationships with former students of this institute. To increasing relationship between Teachers & Students. Article 5:
Membership:
Any student of any department/shift/class/session of this institute shall be take membership of this club. Only student of Feni Computer Institute shall be member of this club. If any member wants to resign his/her membership, he/she shall have to submit his resignation to the president/Vice-president. His/her membership shall be postponed as soon as the president/vice-president receives it and his/her membership shall come to an end immediately after the president/vice-president accepts it. Membership shall be repealed through a process prescribed by the executive council if a member fully or partially violates the terms and conditions of club. Article 6:
THE ADVISER COUNCIL:
Because this is an academic organization, the advisor will be a faculty member who is an instructor in an academic department. Advisor duties will be to observe and oversee the mentoring of students and assist when necessary. The advisor does not have voting rights. The chip adviser of this organization shall be the honorable principal of Feni computer institute. Article 7:
THE FORMER STUDENT COUNCIL:
Any former-student who successfully complete diploma in engineering from this institute shall be the member of this council. The official name of this council shall be “FCI Student Alumnus”. Article 8:
THE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL:
The honorable Principal of Feni Computer institute (Ex officio) shall be President of this organization. The executive council will consist by the members of final year, former student’s and founding executive members. The executive council (19 position from final year) will be elected by the general members of this organization through direct votes for a period of one year. The executive council will consist by only 25 members where two (Executive members) position will be reserved for founding executive members and three (Executive members) position will be reserved for former student council members. The Vice-president will be selected by the honorable adviser council from executive council for a period of one year. Approval of executive council, two representative will be elected by the members of the class for the class for every department/shift/class of this institute. The president’s duties will be oversee the actions and duties of executive council. Approval of the President, vice-president will preside over all meetings. The main duty and responsibility of the vice-president will be to achieve the aims and objectives of this organization, to administer it to materialize the programs and to establish and maintain the highest form of discipline in the organization. The Vice-president will generally function in consultation with the executive council. The Vice-president may be removed from his/her post if he/she intentionally violates that is serious harm to the organization. If the majority of the members votes against the executive council so that the executive council shall be dissolved and new election shall take place. The Secretary’s (Financial) duties will be keep financial records update and accurate. The General Secretary’s duties will be follows:
I. Keep accurate history and records of organization activities and meetings. Write and distribute meeting minutes for each meeting. Keep records of communications and correspondences. Article 9:
FCI Blood Donation Group:
“FCI Blood Donation Group” under this organization shall be donate blood only for the family members of “Feni Computer Institute” at free of cost. The Social welfare Secretary of FCI ICT Club will be the Director of “FCI Blood Donation Group”. Article 10:

The precedence of this organization shall be as follows:-

General members (Final year, 3rd year, 2nd year & 1st year)
Article 11:
FUNDS:
Membership fee, the contribution of members and well-wishers, and donations shall be the sources of income of the funds. The Vice-president shall spend the money of funds for the implementation of the programs of the organization and for other activities. The Vice-president shall remain responsible to the executive council in respect to the income and expenditure of the funds. Article 12:
Constitutional Amendments:
This constitution may be amended by the Executive members and general membership with a 2/3 vote. All rights of this constitution are reserved by Executive council. Article 13:
Enabling Clause:
This constitution was voted on and put into effect on Tues-day, July 01, 2014. Article 14:
