Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production In-Charge to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, resource management, and quality control, with the ability to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities to meet output and quality targets.
• Plan production schedules and allocate manpower and materials accordingly.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained for smooth operations.
• Monitor production metrics and generate daily/weekly reports.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
• Resolve production issues and implement continuous improvement practices.
• Train and guide workers and production staff as needed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (or related any other production related field)
• Proven experience (3+ years) in a manufacturing/production role
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of production planning software/tools
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards
