মাদারীপুরের ছাত্রছাত্রীদের মধ্যে বিজ্ঞানশিক্ষার প্রসারে মাদারীপুর সাইন্স সোসাইটি কাজ করে যাচ্ছে। আমাদের লক্ষ্য শিক্ষার্থীদের মধ্যে বিজ্ঞানমনষ্কতা এবং বিজ্ঞানের প্রতি ভালবাসা সৃষ্টি করা, বিজ্ঞানের ব্যবহারিক দিকের সঙ্গে পরিচয় করিয়ে দেওয়া, বিভিন্ন বিজ্ঞানভিত্তিক প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশগ্রহণের জন্য তাদের সহযোগিতা করা এবং আরো অনেককিছু।
