মাধ্যমিক ও সমমানের পরীক্ষায় এবার ৭৭ দশমিক ৭৭ শতাংশ শিক্ষার্থী পাস করেছে, যাদের মধ্যে জিপিএ-৫ পেয়েছে ১ লাখ ১০ হাজার ৬২৯ জন।
গতবছর এ পরীক্ষায় ৮০ দশমিক ৩৫ শতাংশ শিক্ষার্থী পাস করেছিল, যাদের মধ্যে জিপিএ-৫ পেয়েছিল ১ লাখ ৪ হাজার ৭৬১ জন।
সেই হিসাবে এবার পাসের হার ২ দশমিক ৫৮ শতাংশ পয়েন্ট কমেছে। আর পূর্ণাঙ্গ জিপিএ পাওয়া শিক্ষার্থীর সংখ্যা বেড়েছে ৫ হাজার ৮৬৮ জন।
গত ১ থেকে ২৫ ফেব্রুয়ারি এবারের এসএসসির তত্ত্বীয় এবং ২৬ ফেব্রুয়ারি থেকে ৪ মার্চ ব্যবহারিক পরীক্ষা হয়।
দশ বোর্ডে এবার মোট ২০ লাখ ২৬ হাজার শিক্ষার্থী পরীক্ষায় অংশ নেয়। তাদের মধ্যে পাস করেছে ১৪ লাখ ৪৩ হাজার ৩৮২ জন।
আটটি সাধারণ বোর্ডের অধীনে এবার এসএসসিতে ৭৯ দশমিক ৪০ শতাংশ, মাদ্রাসা বোর্ডের অধীনে দাখিলে ৭০ দশমিক ৮৯ শতাংশ এবং কারিগরি শিক্ষা বোর্ডের অধীনে ৭১ দশমিক ৯৬ শতাংশ শিক্ষার্থী পাস করেছে।
