Position: IT and CDBL In-Charge

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee IT operations and manage CDBL- related activities. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT infrastructure, system security, and accurate management of CDBL operations, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and maintain the IT systems, network, and hardware of the Company.
• Ensure system backups, server maintenance, and IT security (firewall, antivirus, etc.).
• Manage CDBL activities, including BO account operations, share deposits/withdrawals, dematerialization, settlements, share transfer, share transmission, off market transaction.
• Ensure compliance with CDBL, DSE, and BSEC guidelines.
• Act as the primary liaison with CDBL and other regulatory authorities.
• Resolve IT and CDBL-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain all documentation, reporting, and updates related to IT and CDBL.
• Support internal users regarding IT and CDBL system queries.
• Assist management with IT upgrades, software implementations, and audits.
• Prepare quarterly report on CDBL/ holding securities.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Business/Finance.
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a Brokerage House.
• Strong knowledge of CDBL operations, BO account management, and regulatory processes.
• Hands-on experience in IT network management, troubleshooting, server management, and cybersecurity practices.
• Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
