With around 15 years of experience across the FMCG, Telecom, and RMG sectors, Anika is a result-driven professional dedicated to enhancing organizational culture and capability.
Anika is an expert in strategic learning interventions, succession planning, and people analytics. Her leadership focuses on data-driven talent management and designing competency-based assessment centers to ensure workforce readiness.

Throughout her career, she has held pivotal roles at prestigious organizations including H&M, Marico Bangladesh, Banglalink, Coats, and Berger Paints. Anika holds an Executive MBA from IBA, University of Dhaka and is an AON Certified Learning & Development Professional.

With over 37 years of experience, including 20 years in the Bangladesh Army, he brings a legacy of discipline and strategic leadership to our team.

Major Zahidul is an expert in HR strategy, administrative governance, industrial relations, and large-scale facility management. His deep proficiency in policy development and operational precision ensures high-performing work cultures.

A highly accomplished Mechanical Engineer (CUET) with an MBA, Abdul Hakim brings over 16 years of extensive experience in plant operations and factory management. He has a distinguished track record of leading large-scale production facilities for major organizations including Aman Group, Partex Star Group (Danish), Bengal Feed, and ACI Godrej Agrovet.
