Before a liner is permanently welded into place, every wall section is carefully tensioned and aligned by hand. This step plays a major role in the final appearance of the pool, helping to prevent folds, uneven pressure and visual imperfections once the pool is filled.
Proper tensioning allows the membrane to follow the structure as clean and natural as possible, especially around corners, steps and transitions. It’s one of those details most people will never notice directly — but it’s exactly what creates a sharper, more refined and long-lasting finish.

Voor het lassen wordt elke wand zorgvuldig op spanning gebracht en uitgelijnd. Deze stap bepaalt mee hoe strak, rustig en naadloos de zwembadafwerking er uiteindelijk uitziet.

Old skimmer. New pool.
Doesn’t make sense. 🙂‍↔️

Replacing the skimmers and nozzles is something we standardize in most of our pool renovations.
Not just for a cleaner, more refined finish — but for long-term reliability as well.

Over time, ABS components are exposed to UV, chemicals, pressure and temperature changes, which inevitably leads to wear and ageing.

A renovation should not only look renewed.
It should perform like it’s built for the next decade.

Bij de meeste zwembadrenovaties vervangen we de skimmer standaard mee.
Niet alleen voor een strakkere afwerking, maar ook voor de betrouwbaarheid op lange termijn.

ABS onderdelen krijgen doorheen de jaren heel wat te verduren door UV, chemicaliën en temperatuurverschillen.
Een renovatie moet er niet alleen vernieuwd uitzien — ze moet ook technisch opnieuw jaren mee kunnen.
