RT150AU sets new standard: verified 2.8 nm axial error in final testing.
The RT150AU from LAB Motion Systems is the world’s only air bearing rotary table specified to guarantee 20 nm axial and radial error. Recently, we delivered one RT150AU to our customer in Japan.

During the final verification, the rotary table achieved an outstanding 2.8 nm axial error, far surpassing its guaranteed specification. The radial error measured 13.9 nm, confirming exceptional performance across all critical motion axes.

Achieving nanometer-level performance is never accidental. It is the result of rigorous design, disciplined manufacturing, strict quality control at every step and uncompromising metrology standards. This performance validates not only the RT150AU platform, but also our long-standing commitment to advancing the limits of ultra-precision motion.
