⭐The award recognises our focus on responsible innovation and our work to help shape a more sustainable future for personal care. Moisture Shot Jelly brings together strong performance, an adaptable jelly format for creative product development, and a formulation built on ethical sourcing.

🗺️The concept uses a fully natural lamellar emulsifier to boost hydration and support the skin barrier. Its oil phase includes upcycled macadamia oil from unused food industry kernels, which helps reduce waste and creates reliable, traceable income opportunities for small-scale farmers in Kenya.

👨‍🍳Our Regional Competence Centre in Poznań recently hosted a hands-on training session dedicated to innovation in food technology. Participants explored the latest developments in liquid smokes and liquid smoke alternatives, broader trends in grilled and smoked-type flavour creation, and methods for extending product shelf life.

🚀The workshop combined theory and practice, giving attendees the opportunity to apply new solutions directly to raw materials and finished products. It was an inspiring session that strengthened our collective knowledge and sparked fresh ideas for future projects.

Last week, our team in Indonesia stepped away from the desk and into the sports arena!

In line with Indonesia’s Independence Day, the team celebrated togetherness in a uniquely local way, from badminton and SKJ workouts (classic Indonesian group exercise) to strategy games and creative costumes. 💫

One of the highlights? The best dressed contest under the theme of Daster! Traditionally worn by women at home, the daster is designed with creative printed patterns and no animal materials. More than just comfy, it’s a symbol of strength, independence, and everyday resilience. 👗💪

It was a day full of laughs, surprises, and unexpected talents – proof that when we’re not working hard, we’re playing hard! 😄
