🏗️ DE BECO — Works in progress

Phase 0 is done. Now we build. 💪

Excavation, decontamination, asbestos removal, partial demolition and geothermal installation — five major operations completed simultaneously in the heart of a Brussels city block. All wrapped up by March 2026.

Now our teams are into structural works and drainage. Foundations being poured. The structure coming back to life.

This project, designed by and green_nest.be ( ), will turn two existing buildings into 8 sustainable homes, an urban micro-farm at ground level and educational spaces. ✨

Where Garage Georges once stood, something new will grow. 🌱

Du bureau au chantier, nos équipes se sont mobilisées pour soutenir Run for Hope, l'ASBL qui court pour les enfants atteints de cancer.

Cols blancs, cols bleus, casques verts — tout le monde a joué le jeu. Et ça, ça n'a pas de prix.

80% de l'objectif atteint. Il nous reste 600 € pour atteindre les 3 000 €. Chaque euro compte. Chaque don, aussi petit soit-il, fait une vraie différence dans la vie d'un enfant malade. 💛

🎉 Celebrating the topping-out ceremony for our ‘Heritage’ project!

On the magnificent estate, avenue de la Floride 125-127 in Uccle, we celebrated the completion of the structural work on our magnificent ‘Heritage’ project with our exceptional team and fantastic partners, !

This remarkable project, designed by 🏗️ and executed by .architecture , on behalf of includes :
✅ The renovation of the Manoir Pirenne into a single-family villa
✅ The conversion of the Conciergerie into 2 flats
✅ The construction of 2 villas comprising 9 luxury flats 🏡✨

🚧 Second crane installed – CHATELAIN project, Ixelles

A key milestone has been reached on our CHATELAIN site with the installation of the second crane, carried out with precision by our teams in collaboration with .

Designed by architects, this ambitious project involves the partial demolition, transformation and renovation of two office buildings into residential units, including underground parking.

on our Herpain project located on Wijngaardstraat in Lummen (Limburg), on behalf of & Baltisse Real Estate.

Since our last visit, flooring works, interior joinery (kitchens and doors), as well as external landscaping works have started.
Designed by and .vaes, this project involves the construction of two buildings comprising 75 housing units adapted for people with reduced mobility, as well as a paramedical block for post-rehabilitation.
