🌿 Official opening of ’s new high-tech and fossil-free Core Facilities Greenhouse Complex in Heverlee.

Designed by MODULO architects, the project combines advanced greenhouse facilities, laboratories, teaching spaces and technical infrastructure within one integrated architectural environment for research and education.

Developed for the and several KU Leuven research departments, the complex supports innovative research into sustainable crop production, plant health, climate resilience and food security.

Proud to have contributed to this future-oriented research infrastructure together with KU Leuven and all project partners.

We’re excited to share new photos of this beautiful project: the newly built distribution center for Bpost in Charleroi. Designed to keep operations moving, the center works day and night to support efficient logistics

This is yet another industrial construction project for MODULO in collaboration with LEMAIRE ingénieurs. The 5,700 m² facility combines landscaping and energy efficiency, through the upcoming planting of 350 trees and a 1 km long hedge, a heat pump system, and 2,400 m² of photovoltaic panels.

The new Grands Prés school campus next to Mons train station is taking shape!

The first two volumes, characterized by their long single-slope roofs and glazed façades on the north side, already offer beautiful views over the city 🤩.

The installation of the anodized aluminum cladding will begin shortly 🏗️.

This first phase of the project, the secondary school, covers 9,900 m² and will accommodate around 850 students in 50 classrooms.

We are thrilled to welcome Lieselot De Rore and Antoine Belayew as partners, bringing our management team to 7. Both architects have been with MODULO since the start of their careers, growing from intern to project manager.

Lieselot (KU Leuven, 2016), young mom and endurance sports enthusiast, strengthens our management with a sharp eye for quality, branding and communication.

Antoine (Sint-Lucas Institute, 2007; Master in Landscape Development Hogent, 2008), passionate about design and driven by diverse project experience, takes on a leading role in architectural design and office management.

The mess hall at the Roi Albert Military Camp has been in operation since June 2025 and is already running at full capacity. Soon, it will host the traditional end-of-year meals - a new chapter in the camp’s daily life.

MODULO, in collaboration with LEMAIRE ingénieurs, is proud to deliver its first building for The Belgian Defence - a project driven by high ambitions in spatial quality, and user experience.

At Woluwe’s hospital university campus, his Majesty King Albert II inaugurated on September 25th the new Cancer-Institut Roi Albert II, designed by MODULO in collaboration with Gortermaker Algra Feenstra architecten— an innovative, human-centered space for cancer & blood disease care.
