What makes people truly feel like they belong at work? 🤝
At Solvay, we believe it comes down to the everyday actions we take for one another. Following a vibrant weekend at Brussels Pride and , we’ve been reflecting on what that looks like in practice.
For some, inclusion means speaking up. For others, it means listening more closely, learning, or making space for someone to feel seen. It is these small, consistent actions that shape our culture over time.
We saw this spirit in action on Saturday, where Solvay colleagues gathered to celebrate the milestone 30th anniversary. Joined by our General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, Lisa Brown, and our Global DEI Partner, Katrien Van Eetvelde, the team came together for the ceremony and showed a visible commitment to making sure no one stands alone. 🏳️🌈
Whether we are celebrating together in the community or supporting a teammate in a meeting, inclusion is something we build together, one step at a time. 🌍✨
