The project features a mixed typology with four apartments and a pharmacy on the ground floor.
The façade embraces a deliberate duality to break the potential massiveness of the building. It reinterprets classical codes in a contemporary and modern way.

We are thrilled to present our latest refurbishment project. This flat in Brussels has been designed as a hotel suite. Every piece of bespoke carpentry has been thoughtfully created in dialogue with each room, maximizing space while providing practical features. A large wooden perforated door enhances the fluidity between spaces, making them flexible. Finally, a straightforward treatment of the materials has been executed, endowing this apartment with a distinct identity.
