Last Saturday, we opened our doors for Elia’s Technical Discovery Day! 🔧🚀

✨International Women’s Day at Elia Group✨

On Friday, our colleagues across Elia Group joined an online panel conversation with four female leaders from Elia Group - Sylvia Borcherding, Céline Van Haute, Christine Janssen and Barbara Verhaegen.

Guided by this year’s theme “Give to Gain,” the session explored how giving – whether support, visibility, advocacy, knowledge or time – creates opportunities that accelerate gender equality.

Our leaders shared honest reflections on breaking systemic barriers, the power of sponsorship, and the practical actions we can take every day to build an inclusive workplace. We also looked at where we stand today: progress made on gender diversity, and the work still ahead of us.

One message stood out clearly:
