The moment has finally arrived! After months of intensive development work, countless creative rounds and valuable exchanges, we are excited to finally reveal not only our new Corporate Identity, but also our new company slogan.

𝗙𝗼𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝘁.

A slogan that is short, concise, and at the same time deeply expresses who we are and what defines us at NMC. No matter how complex our business areas and products may be, fundamentally, our identity remains unchanged: 𝗳𝗼𝗮𝗺 is our DNA. Our origin. Our signature.

𝟳𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝗠𝗖 – 𝟳𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗼𝗮𝗺 𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆!

Today marks a very special day in our company’s history – NMC is turning 75. 🥳

On 𝟭𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟵𝟱𝟬, our foam adventure began with a simple but visionary idea: the manufacture of a 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲. What Gert Noël started back then, and what his son Yves Noël continued with equal courage, entrepreneurial spirit and drive, has now – three generations later – grown into an international group with 24 operational sites in 17 countries.

Much has changed over the past decades. But one thing has remained the same throughout all these years: 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗿-𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗮𝗺 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.

We are very proud to share that our main production site in Eynatten has earned a gold medal from EcoVadis for our outstanding sustainability initiatives and management system! 🏅💪

Since our last assessment in 2023, our overall score has increased by 6 points, placing us in the top 5% of companies from our industry rated by EcoVadis. Our highest performing sustainability assessment theme "Labor & Human Rights" saw an impressive improvement of 18 points, a big accomplishment for our team! This rating validates and demonstrates our commitment to sustainability and our progressive improvement in the management system. Most importantly, it shows us where we can improve sustainability across our value chain and move forward.

We're excited to announce the completion of our new, energy-efficient storage and production halls at our main site in Eynatten (BE). Over the past 22 months, three highly modern, energy-efficient halls have been constructed on an area of 15,500 square meters. By working closely with regional companies, placing a special focus on environmentally friendly practices and using the latest technologies, we are setting new standards in innovation and sustainability.🚀♻️

We are enthusiastic about the new opportunities and look forward to utilizing the process improvements to continue developing high-quality foam products that meet our customers' requirements, support our team's growth and enhance our group's competitiveness.

Today we wish to share an interesting portrait of an esteemed partner of our professional decoration brand, NOËL & MARQUET, and fellow countryman Bertrand Lejoly. Our local paper Grenz Echo wrote a piece about the product designer, originally from our home region, retracing his career and achievements.

Early in his career, Bertrand worked for some of the brightest minds in design and architecture such as Matteo Thun and Vincent Van Duysen, soaking up knowledge, inspiration, aesthetics and experiences form different cultures. Today, he is active as an independent product designer, conceiving various pieces for a global clientele with some of the world’s hottest interior brands. At this year’s Milan Design Week, his latest designs were presented in association with brands such as Zanotta, Paola Lenti, Fantini and NOËL & MARQUET (see product pictures below).

The Antwerp-based product designer has helped NOËL & MARQUET elevate its brand and product portfolio in many ways. As creative director, Bertrand regularly advises the team on catalogue or trade fair stand designs for instance. As a product designer, he has helped imagine and bring to market some of our decor brand's most popular products such as the CANELÉ, DORIQUE and SCURETTO wall panels (see video about the collaboration here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=96EHSy7hDXY ) and more recently, the new ARC and CANELÉ R L wall panels.
